I went in to get a car battery. There was no one at the counter. After waiting 7 minutes I called the shop's number to get some service. It worked. The man who helped me was quite nice. He said he could get the battery to me in 20-30 minutes. I agreed to wait. 30 minutes later I asked if the battery was ready. He said he wasn't sure and would have to go check. I didn't have time to wait, so I left. I won't be returning.
I was referred here by a close friend and I have to say I am very impressed. The auto technicians are very talented. The customer service from Ben had been great. I will be back many times and the Meineke team has earned a lifetime customer. With a family of six, we really needed a great place to service our cars and we finally found one.
I came in for an oil change and had a free complimentary oil change from another location. I found out that I had to use it at my spot time at the location I received it from. The gentleman I was talking to then made the executive decision to call the owner and ask if it could be honored there. He agreed to let me use it which was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful and my oil change was done in a timely manner. Thank you guys!
Very long wait for an oil change (and only saw 2 other customers during 1.5 hrs wait...one of whom was a walk in and closed out before me). It was possibly partially my fault for not having an appointment? Staff were all pleasant. Coffee during wait was appreciated.
I've brought my car on multiple occasions and have had great experiences each time. I feel that they truly do their best to give you expedient work at fair prices. I will definitely bring my cars back in the future!
