I always feel like Pat offers good advice and isn't pushy. One time they did a fix for free when the issue turned out to be minor and only involved tightening some bolts. Been going here for a few years.
Biggest thing for me is that he honored the price, had the correct tires, did not up sell me on something I did not need and talked me through the sale.
I was in the building and driving away with my car in 90 mins. Pat was friendly and we had a conversation for a good amount of time. I had requested to keep the old tires and he was kind enough to have the tech put the old tires in tire bags and load them in my trunk for me.
When I arrived at this location I found it to be clean, organized and bright. Pat was at the desk and ready to help. I let him know I had the appointment and provided him the quote. He got my info and told me it would take 90 min max to get the four tires installed.

I took my car here for a front wheel alignment my dealer told me I needed. Car X ran the test and determined my car did not need alignment and charged me nothing for their efforts. I would have gladly paid for their time for doing the test. I appreciated their time and honesty.
