I came in with my dog who was badly attacked by another dog. When I arrived the doctors and nurses came rushing out with a stretcher and did everything in their power to help my dog. A nurse even gave her number to my friend because I had to go to the hospital myself for being bitten and told me to text the number if I had any questions and if I wanted to be updated. The doctor and nurses did an incredible job. I cannot thank them enough and all their work had my love walking the next day which they actually couldn’t believe either! I highly recommend going here.
We absolutely love Minneapolis Veterinary Hospital, the entire staff is very helpful and friendly. No matter the concern we have it is addressed. Dr. Sanford is very knowledgeable and always explains everything to my husband and I as well as makes himself available for any further questions. They have taken such great care of our puppy, she has never once feared going there nor any of her exams. They promptly update our daycare with any results they need. Side bonus, great location, easy to get to with parking readily available right in front. Overall we have had a great experience over the last year and have to plans to ever switch vets!
These guys are so amazing! I have two pets with chronic conditions, and they always know who I am when I call, treat my babies with such care and respect, and are extremely thorough and pleasant. They always remember my pets names and what’s up with them because they genuinely care. I absolutely love them. I especially love Dr. Sanford! He is so kind, gentle, funny, and personable. We did have the pleasure to meet the new vet there, and he was really cool and helpful as well. You can’t go wrong with this place.
This place is fantastic! I’m an over zealous cat Mom and came in with a thousand and one questions about my new kitten, and they were very patient and explained everything to me. Not only that, but they were great at calming my little man down during the less fun parts of his check up (like taking his temperature!) Everyone was friendly and nice, and best of all you could tell how much they loved animals. Definitely will be back!
Vet and staff abe very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to help me with everything I needed for my cat from regular checkups, getting a microchip implanted, to specialized blood tests. They are easy to get in touch with for appointments and will send you a personalized reminder of your next appointment specialized to your animal.
