I've had really mixed experiences at Boynton. I've been to Urgent Care a few times, and both times the doctors were very friendly and courteous and I only waited ten minutes at the most. However, other times, I've had nurses leave the door open while I was undressed on the exam table, ask invasive, insensitive questions about my "transness" based on my appearance (when I was going in for something completely unrelated, too!), and even a therapist flat out saying she gave up on me. Not to mention their hours are completely inaccessible to anyone who's in class during the day— which, unsurprisingly, is the vast majority of their clients. It's really hit or miss there. At least the pharmacy prices are hard to beat.
Eye clinic and mental health clinic are good, but otherwise avoid this place if you can. Pharmacy has lost important paperwork, filled the wrong prescription, or made other silly mistakes so many times that it's absurd. Doctors there don't listen to me and rush through the visit. They're only open when I'm busy and I'm forced to use their pharmacy because of the student insurance.
The lack of respect is astounding. I was left without medication I need to live twice due to the neglagance of this facility. Would not recommend.
One of the most incompetent healthcare places I've ever been to. Some of the staff was very friendly as was my own doctor. It took over 2 hours to simply get some labs done. Doors left open everywhere, supplies left out everywhere, security and privacy are minimal from what I can see. Would not go again.
I love Boynton. The doctors are always very kind and attentive to health history. Sometimes there is a wait to get an appointment, but that makes sense since they don't charge anything over what your insurance will give them. I've been to Boynton many times for small and large health concerns, and I've never had a bad experience.
