I first used A1 travel when I was planning my boyfriend birthday trip to Las Vegas, Paige was extremely pleasant and helpful, she answered all of my questions, even the stupid ones...lol, she always sent me an email of things that we could do in Vegas. I had such a wonderful experience that I contacted Paige again so that she can book our honeymoon. I told her that going forward she will be my travel agent.
The staff did a great job on the cruise and tours we took in Europe.We just need to show up.
Several booking errors, prices way over what I could get on my own without any better locations or quality. I would not use this agency again.
