I had made several appointments with Amy over the past couple of months, and each one she cancelled at the last minute - the last two were within 30 minutes of when I was supposed to be there. I understand that life gets crazy sometimes, and I'm assuming there is something else going on that she's not telling the truth about. Once is a bummer, twice is an unfortunate coincidence, three times should have made me known better, because the fourth time was just plain stupid. I'm sorry, Amy - I really liked you and the service you provided, and I hope that you're able to work through whatever it is that's going on, but in the meantime you should know that this experience has cost you a client. Future prospective clients - book at your own risk.
This should be a zero star. She has taken my money and disappeared. I have filed a complaint with the MN Board of Cosmetology.
AmyJo is wonderful and very accommodating. I highly recommend her facial/spa services.
Amy Jo takes your money and doesnt give you the services you paid for... she ignores your calls and cancels appointments last min.
Apparently her business is closed now, thank goodness... and she works at PCI academy in Plymouth if anyone is wondering how they can find her... When I confronted her, her reaction was "oh, how did you find me? you can contact groupon for a refund" lol... I told her its her responsibility to reimburse clients, not groupons. I didnt even look for her, was just at the right place at the right time.
Cancelled appointment the same day just hours before, which I can understand if there's an emergency. However, was reassured that she would follow up and reschedule. Since then, no contact nor responses to any messages or phone calls about rescheduling. I am highly disappointed in customer service.
