Why spend $50,000 on a piano your just going to use for decoration. Get a fountain instead.
It's a nice hotel, the staff are pleasant and seem to do their jobs well. But a hotel that doesn't offer newspaper delivery to the room on a business floor and also can't keep their 'Executive Lounge' continental breakfast filled with eggs and any bread items at all doesn't rate more than three stars to me. I watched no less than a dozen people look into an empty scrambled eggs heating dish for over 30 minutes. Many just came and immediately left. Granted it comes complimentary with the room, but people traveling for work come to depend on a quick, reliable meal if it's offered. Their breakfast offerings and services were tragic and in need of serious managerial review.
Very nice suite. Very easy to find. Would stay again. Room was large and was able to sleep three people no problems. Thank you for the great service!
There is a beautiful and well maintained grand piano in the lobby of this place. It's just sitting there as if to say "please play this piano". It's even in a more private unobtrusive area of the lobby.
I'm really good at the piano but have gotten asked to leave like 9 times for playing this piano.
The stay in the room was fine. But I would advise not use the Valet service. I had a few high dollar items stolen from my truck in the hours or was in there. Was not broken into so I'm guessing it was one of the 4 guys I saw working for the Valet service. Hotel was going to contact today about what had happened and I haven't heard a word. Not happy and I wonder how often this happens to others that don t notice anything is missing right away
I was in the Hilton for a conference, I did not actually stay there. However, I did use some of the ballrooms for talks, ate at the restaurant in their lobby, and hold a reception in one of their rooms. The service for all of these was wonderful. The staff during the reception were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant staff were as well. The food at both the reception and the restaurant was also delicious! A little pricey, but well worth it.
