I originally needed a new kitchen faucet and toilet, and he also found some valves and pipes that were in serious need of replacing.
Techs (Brian #936 & Joe) 19970867 were very friendly, knowledgeable, explained the problems and quoted the job before any work was done. Went right to work, got the job done fast. Replaced all old parts that were needed while explaining everything along the way. They were honest and reasonably priced for all the work they did. Would recommend Roto-Rooter to my family and friends and will be using them in the future.
The plumber they sent was outstanding. Terry (Tech #4823) was great at explaining my options and the work that needed to be done. He completed the work in good time and found other things that needed attention as well. I was impressed with his helpfulness and courtesy.
Had an issue with my main line. They were able to get a plumber on-site within two hours on a weekday evening. Dustin was quick and efficient. There was a good amount of standing water on the floor in the basement and he squeegeed it all down the drain before he left. Very satisfied with the experience.
Very please with the overall experience from the phone representative to the service man who came. He had to do quite a bit of problem solving to figure out what might be going on in our basement drain. Very friendly and welcomed any questions I had. Clean-up was also 5 star!
Had Brian #936 come out to work on some preventative mainline issues and clean roots out of there as there was roots coming together about 50 feet out. He was very professional and thorough. Will definitely recommend again. Great job!
