The cleaning condition is terrible when I move in. There are dirt on the floor and the carpet is not cleaned at all. The chair is on the bed and there are some dirt on the bed too. They are very restricted on deposits and rent. They require me to pay two month's deposits one month before I move in and there are very expensive late fee for every single day. They cannot keep the basic cleaning but asking a high price. I regret that I chose this apartment.
The times are never accurately displayed online, in app, or on their list at stations. Busses and trains are consistently too early or too late, or drive right by without letting you board, and always make you miss your other connections. I've had to walk home well over 5 miles due to this in the middle of the night by myself. Metro transit is far too overpriced for their consistent incompetence, inaccuracies, and lies.
