On the 4th of July, 2017, I was there all day doing laundry. We forgot a load on our way home. We live all the way up in Brooklyn Park, but I called the owner and he went back to the laundromat to re-open it so we could get our laundry!! Wow!! This is amazing service.
Washers and dryers are decent, except there are random bags/baskets of clothes along the windows. They've been there for almost a whole month, pretty strange that someone would leave their clothes at a laundromat. Also, there are TV's there for the customers to watch, but there are no remotes?
Outside of amazing service, the machines are modern and work amazingly well and efficiently. You couldn't ask for a better laundromat. I love this place!!
Dryer worked well (hence the 2 stars)but seeing as was the one of only two customers it was very loud. The lady running the joint had her kid running around screaming for the entire time I was there. Also when I asked if I could get the password for the locked Wi-Fi She said she doesn't know of any password. She also was washing her mouth out in the corner utility sink. Overall not very friendly or professional.
This is my favourite laundromat in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Metro area. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful; the first time I went here, I was unable to use my particular card in their machines, so I had to borrow money from the owner. When I went to pay him back the next time I was in, he said, "oh, don't worry about it!" and handed back the money.
The washing machines take credit cards which is nice and they have a good selection of sizes. Dryers only take quarters. You can get the WiFi password if you ask the lady who runs the place. It's generally clean, the machines are in good shape, and there is decent parking. It's not amazing, but it's a big step up from most of the other laundromats I've gone to in the area.
