We built with Dave in the winter of 2017 and just closed this spring. From all indications, it appears he builds a great house, he has awesome attention to detail and truly builds a home for any budget.
The only negative thing I have to say is where Dave excels with building, he lacks in communication. He can be difficult to get a hold of at times and our closing was delayed by a couple of days because he did not turn in a simple invoice to the lender. Other than that, it's been a great experience and we would recommend him to anyone. Will update further if need be after 1 year inspection.
