WARNING - THEY WILL SCAM YOU! I brought in my vehicle for a check. They told me the battery a mechanic put in a week prior was dead. They took it out and charged me to replace the battery. I took the original battery to O'reilly Auto to be tested. THE BATTERY WAS FINE. Thanks Bobby and Steve's for the run around and not needed battery service. I've had issues at other locations as well. It's convenient that they are always open but they take advantage of people far to often!
The guy I talked to on the phone told me no prob. $20 He did suggest wait till 3 for staff turnover. I get there @ 3. This guy tried to charge me $40. While giving me attitude. I informed him that BMW would do it for $30. He just looks at me and says ok. It wasn't the money, more the principal. Don't be a dick, I didn't make the price, I talked to one of your colleagues workers
They picked up my car at work, and returned it to me well before the end of my day. They checked in with me along the way (even sent an email picture of my car in the service bay in process - like seeing my kid in child care!).
Everytime I've been here it's been a bummer because my car has needed to be repaired obviously but the people here have done everything to help make make it better. I would definitely recommend taking your car here to be fixed. I feel that the mechanics can be trusted and that the front desk people are friendly.
I’ve used Bobby and Steve’s twice now for oil changes and repairs and they are top notch. They provide great service and updates and pick up my car from the Parking ramp while I’m at work which is super convenient. Braden is my point of contact and he is great to work with. Oh and their pricing is in line with other mechanics I’ve been impressed with that. Overall a very convenient way to get your car serviced downtown.
