This place does not know what they are doing. Was not handled in a professional matter at all. They claimed they sent in my prior authorization for a surgery on July 11th,2017. I called my insurance to see if they did and they never received any pre auth. So I told the clinic they didn't get any auth and to resend it over. They never resent it over although claiming they did. Who did like here? They're just a doctor's office trying to capatolize off you like it is America and a scammed society please do not give business to this place absolute trash to consider yourself a doctor.
One week after going to this clinic and getting a mouth guard, all is wonderful after months of pain and being mis-diagnosed with vertigo, ear infection & tooth issues. Dr Fricton was GREAT and so is Jodi who made my guard. I would HIGHLY recommend this office and the staff who work there.
Staff is very slow they never have enough people working. If you have an appointment be sure to arrive 20 minutes early to stand in line to check in for your appointment. Last appointment I waited 23 minutes for the Dr. and he only spent 5 minutes with me because there was other appointments scheduled. Per his words. So I guess I don’t have anything important to go over? In addition if you are a few minutes late and then stand in line for another 14 minutes to check in for your appointment they send you away telling you to reschedule even though you had a 1 hour time block. Simply because it took them 15 minutes to check me in....... hmmmm something isn’t working, either they need more help or a better scheduling system. Either way I feel bad for the receptionist trying to handle it all, she is definitely over worked. My suggestion is to find a different place to go.

asked for more bands for my mouth guard was told they would be mailed and when I called back they told me to pick them up in person instead. Taking time off work again :(
