Customer service used to be good about a year or more ago, now when I go I feel ignored. Associates are usually having a conversation with themselves about something innapropriate for work.
Worst Experience in my life. I purchased 2 pants from the store and for some odd reason my gift card went through but it didn't go through on their end. So they claimed that they never received the payment and so I lost about $40+ bucks off of my gift card. Then the manager says that there was nothing he could do because he had no control over reimbursement. Told me I had to go online and give them a reason to what my case is and why I need them to return my money. Excuse me but are they trying to play the victim card here? Apparently they still have my $40 bucks and I'm sure that's considered theft. You guys are the worst PacSun I have ever been to in my whole entire shopping life. Keep up the 1 stars! You deserve them.
