The selection of notebooks is also frustrating, as they don't have plain spiral graph notebooks. You would think they would have something that common.
Unpleasant scam hub for desperate students to reinvent themselves as broke. No return policy? 16 bucks for a notepad? They tried to charge me full price for a rented textbook I returned after their guillotine deadline. They charge shoplifters double price before turning them over to the police. Employees are strangely unhelpful and prices are higher than trumps wall.
This place is staffed with some of the least motivated and least helpful people I have ever encountered. Questions were met with dull expressions and thinly veiled disgust for having been asked to do their job.
It's always clean, workers are friendly, and there's a lot of books, supplies, apparel, and other things in general. A very large place, and a great selection of everything. A little pricey for some supplies like notebooks, but that's expected.
Love the wall of pens and great selection of art supplies, too.
The bookstore is reliable, but a bit pricey.
On the bookstore (non textbook) side, things are better, though the people working there clearly don't care about their jobs or actually helping anyone. They have a good selection though, and everything is aesthetically pleasing.
