This place has awful customer service. I was overcharged by over $ 100 and not reimbursed. Do not prepay for appts. I wanted to leave a tip and was told that I could not tip with my card unless the service was charged. I agreed and was told I would be reimbursed the prepayment i made to book the appointment. They have not returned or reached out to return my money. There much better places i have been to that treat you with respect and properly care for you natural hair.

The service is unmatched compared with other African American salons in the area. They accept debit cards however, there is an extra 3% charge when used. I have never used a credit card, so unsure if they are accepted. The services I have had performed take 45 mins to 2 hours. This time includes waiting for clients prior to me to be finished with their service. You can also book your appointment online. I started going to LCS about 8 months to a year ago and have loved it ever since.
I am very particular about whom I allow to do my hair and Rachel came recommended by a woman with beautiful hair so I went out on a limb and tried her services; I am so glad that I did! Rachel provided excellent customer service, and my hair looks amazing and feels so healthy. I highly recommend Rachel and her services!
