The Relationship Manager Bill Preston is a great banker. He has helped myself as well as my fiance increase our credit scores by using credit karma. I have been a Bank of America customer for many years and I regret the day I ever walked through the door of this location. The branch manager is a spineless idiot with poorly trained tellers to do her bidding. Any qualified banking personnel in this city must work for US Bank. I was misinformed regarding the hold on some checks I deposited. The paperwork I received only put a hold on one of the checks when in fact they put a hold on all of them. Then to compound the problem they but an additional $33,000 hold on the account effectively tying up all of my funds even the money that had been in the account for months. The bank manager said this was a "back room hold and she coul remove it but she wasn't going to do so". Refer back to my previous US Bank comment. Additionally, I think the DEA would probably be interested in the large amounts of cash that were deposited while I was there on Friday 4/21. You would not expect those kind of deposits in this neighborhood. Possibly she is working with certain organizations in a little cleaning effort.
Never bank with Bank of America. They are truly Bank of Deceit of America and I'm serious. I opened a Core checking account with them two months ago and the fine print said they won't charge me Maintanance fee if I 1- direct deposit $250 or more in a month 2- if I maintain a balance of $1500 on my bank. I met both criteria but guess what? They still charged me $12 Maintanance fee. I called them to know why . Their answers were worse than the explanation I was expecting. They said the direct deposit has to be $250 lump sum or more. I'm self employed limo driver so my employer which is Square sends direct deposits everyday's sales on my account which is normally less than $200 a day but still will total more than 3K a month of direct deposit. So since my lump sum is not $250 or more, according to Bank of Deceit of America, I'm not eligible for Maintanance fee waiver. WHAT A SCAM BANK? NEVER WILL I EVER BANK WTH THEM AGAIN. NEVER

Really need to crosstown ALL staff to help customers in line. Only 2 tellers to do anything you can't do by machine while others stand around. I didn't have to wait too long today, fortunately. In the past, at least 20-30 minute wait. The teller today was very friendly and helpful.
